  • The Skipper (our boat captain) can cancel or stop the excursion at any time if they see any danger that could put guests or crew at medium to high risk. If this happens, you'll get a partial refund of the amount you paid, calculated based on how much time passed before the service was stopped compared to the total planned excursion time.
  • If the excursion is completely cancelled (meaning it doesn't start at all) due to bad weather or sea conditions, you'll get a full refund. The Skipper's decision about the weather and sea conditions is final.

What are our safety measures?

Our customers' safety is our top priority! We follow strict guidelines to make sure you're as safe as possible during our excursions.

“We set off from Cagliari port on a warm July day, with a pleasant mistral breeze accompanying us as we headed towards the Sella del Diavolo (Devil's Saddle), the promontory that splits the Gulf of Angels in two. Just past the lighthouse, a pair of dolphins decided to play in the dinghy's wake, almost as if to greet us and welcome us to Sardinia – it was an amazing and unexpected thrill! We quickly continued along the coast, enjoying the crystal-clear water flowing beneath our keel until our first stop, Calamosca. There, we dove into a sea with colors that are truly hard to describe. We put on our snorkeling masks, and a wonderful underwater world opened up; schools of small fish swam around us as we explored the colorful rocks of the small, sheltered cove. We got back on the dinghy to dry off and set off for Cala Fighera, a stop we were particularly excited about because some local friends had recommended it. And I must say, it was spectacular, far exceeding our expectations! We anchored a short distance from this little corner of paradise, which is really hard to reach without a dinghy, and jumped back into the water. Alessio is a careful and meticulous guide. We lost track of time a bit, and if we wanted to enjoy the sunset from the most beautiful spot on the Sella del Diavolo, we had to get back on board and set sail for our next stop: a swim at the longest beach in southern Sardinia, the pride of Cagliari locals. Our last dip was in front of Marina Piccola, at the start of Poetto beach. Then we got back on board and headed to Cala Bernat to enjoy a well-deserved sunset aperitif. The sun slowly set, painting the sheer cliffs of the Sella with new colors. We pulled up, and a delicious aperitif of typical Sardinian cured meats and cheeses was served, along with an essential glass of local sparkling wine. As we toasted to the start of our holiday, Alessio told us the legend of how the Sella del Diavolo was created. What more can I say, except a huge thank you to Alessio and KarelDreamSea for giving us such a fantastic experience? It won't be a one-off, because we'll definitely be back next year!”
