Agreement between the parties 

The owners of the Karel Dream Sea dinghy, in compliance with the provisions of the law, will enter into a contract with customers to protect both parties. A few moments before departure, they will send the required notification for the occasional excursion to the relevant authorities (port authority, tax office)..

Main Limitations

For safety reasons, and to our great regret, children under the age of three are not permitted on board; animals are also not allowed on board.
The tour is not suitable for people with spinal problems, those who suffer from seasickness, those with heart conditions, or those weighing more than 265 pounds.
Please also note that the excursion is not suitable for pregnant women due to the motion of the waves, or for people with significant mobility issues. To view all the restrictions, please refer to the contract attached in the section above (Contract between the parties).

Cancellation policy

1. In case of cancellation by the customer within 2 days prior to the agreed date of the excursion orif the customer is not present within 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, a cancellation penalty equal to 100% of the deposit paid will be applied. 

2. No cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the agreed date of the excursion.
   In this case, the amount paid will be refunded.

Cancellation or interruption of service

The skipper (boat captain) may cancel or interrupt the excursion at any time if he/she identifies a danger that could potentially put guests or crew members at medium/high risk. 
A refund of the amount paid will be given, proportional to the difference between the time elapsed until the interruption of the service and the time agreed for the excursion itself.
In the event of total cancellation of the excursion due to adverse sea conditions (the excursion does not start), the entire amount paid will be refunded. The Skipper's judgment regarding sea conditions is final.

Civil and/or criminal liability

The owners of the Karel Dream Sea dinghy shall not be liable, and therefore civilly and criminally prosecutable, for damage to property or persons caused by improper and/or dangerous behavior on the part of participants in the excursions. The skipper also undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the safety of all passengers. Passengers will be insured in the event of accidents, in accordance with current regulations, as the owners of the Karel Dream Sea dinghy will have taken out an insurance policy for third parties transported.
